Simyr is designed exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our service.

Our Commitment to Child Safety

At Simyr, we take child safety seriously. Although our platform is restricted to adults, we maintain robust policies and systems to protect minors and prevent any misuse of our service.

Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Simyr.
We require users to confirm their age during registration.
Our app is listed as 18+ on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
We have enabled platform-level restrictions to prevent minors from discovering or downloading our app.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

Simyr strictly prohibits the following content and behavior on our platform:

Any sexual content involving minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children in any way
Grooming behavior or attempts to contact minors inappropriately
Content that promotes or glorifies harm to children
Any content that violates laws protecting children

Violations of these policies result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by law.

Content Moderation

We employ multiple layers of protection to enforce our child safety standards:

User reporting: All users can report content or behavior that violates our policies directly within the app.
Review process: Reports are reviewed promptly, typically within 24 hours.
Blocking: Users can block any other user, immediately preventing all contact and content visibility.
Account enforcement: Accounts violating child safety policies are permanently terminated without warning.

Reporting to Authorities

In accordance with U.S. federal law and our commitment to child safety, Simyr will:

Report any apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline
Preserve relevant evidence as required by law
Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
Comply with all applicable child protection laws in jurisdictions where we operate

If a Minor Has Created an Account

If you believe a minor has created an account on Simyr, or if you are a parent or guardian concerned about a minor's use of our platform, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including account removal.

Preventing Unauthorized Minor Access

We encourage parents and guardians to:

Use parental controls available on iOS and Android devices to restrict app downloads
Monitor their children's device usage and installed applications
Discuss online safety with their children
Report any concerns about minors on our platform to us immediately

Policy Updates

We may update this Child Safety Standards policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Simyr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
